Return & Exchange Policy for Labels.ie
1. Return Window
You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
All labels and tapes must be unsealed, and printers must be returned in full working order, including any (re-)packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used label rolls (even partially used)
Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Custom or personalised label orders (e.g., custom printed labels)
4. Exchanges
Exchanges (e.g., for a different product or printer model) can be arranged within the 30-day window, subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund may be issued instead.
5. Return Shipping & Faulty Items
For non-faulty returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, Labels.ie will cover return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges from the original purchase are not refundable—except when the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty product.
7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact customer service at info@labels.ie with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
We'll provide instructions on how to return your item. Tracking is strongly recommended.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we’ll notify you of refund or exchange status.
8. Disclaimer
Labels.ie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
