How do I know what label size I need?

The easiest way is to check the size printed on your current label roll or the label settings in your printer software. You can also identify the correct size by your printer model (e.g. DYMO, Seiko, or Brother). If you're unsure, simply contact us with your printer model or a photo of your existing labels and our team will be happy to recommend the correct size.

Do you dispatch from Ireland?

Yes, all orders are dispatched from our Irish stock, ensuring fast and reliable delivery nationwide.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are dispatched using tracked delivery via our trusted courier partners, DPD and An Post. Orders received before midday are typically shipped the same working day.

What are your delivery charges?

We dispatch all orders using tracked delivery with DPD and An Post. Delivery is €6.95 + VAT, with free delivery on web orders over €100 (excl. VAT).

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch from stock same day on orders received by midday. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next day. If an item is temporarily out of stock, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the expected delivery timeframe.

Do your website prices include VAT?

All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT. VAT at 23% is applied at checkout.

What should I do if my order is missing items or arrives damaged?
